Simply browse through our categories, select your preferred products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the instructions for payment, and your order will be processed immediately after confirmation.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, we cannot modify or cancel it due to the discreet and time-sensitive nature of our shipping process.

Do I need to create an account to shop?

Yes, we recommend creating an account for a smoother checkout process, order tracking, and faster re-orders.

Shipping & Delivery

How fast will I receive my order?

We ship all confirmed orders the same day via Xpresspost. You can expect delivery within 1–5 business days anywhere in Canada.

Do you offer discreet packaging?

Yes! All products are packaged in vacuum-sealed, odor-proof bags and shipped in plain, unmarked packaging for complete privacy.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, after your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress.
